I have got the same problem with exactly the same board. Replacement of LNK364, 49R and retardation coil did not bring me to success. So I thought to replace the supply circuitry by an external power source, like Pikoll suggested. Please, would you give me more information about which voltage on which capacitor C28, C29, C30? The board seems to use 5V and 12V in both polarities +/-.
